Make a Sushi Set for 2

Working with a slab of clay and molds, you will be led through the steps to make a sushi set – 2 plates (choice of long or rectangular plate) 2 dipping sauce bowls, and 2 chopstick holders. The first day you will make the pieces, the second week you come back to glaze the dishes. Choose from an infinite number of glaze combinations. You can use any of the 20 rolling pins to add texture – or leave it plain. Once glazed and fired, your dishes will be oven proof, dishwasher safe and microwavable. 

This workshop is offered Febraury 6 and 13 from 4 – 6 pm. Please arrive on time so you do not miss the demonstrtaion at the beginning and explanation of the process.
