Drop In Sunday – Ceramic Tree Forest

December 1 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

$15

Make a forest of textured trees. Working with a prepared  slab of clay, you can make as many trees as you can fit on the clay.  All ages welcome.  I have made these trees for many years, and they are always one of my best sellers at holiday craft fairs.  Mounting drift wood will be available for an additional cost. It is up to you to do the final assembly. I use bamboo skewers as tree trunks, and those can be inserted into a piece of wood. Come back in two weeks to glaze your trees. Trees left for more than a month will be recycled.

You can pick up your trees 3 weeks from when you glaze it.

This is the project for Sunday 12/1 The drop in workshop is offered from 2 – 4 pm.  It will probably take you about half an hour to make the trees. You can come any time between those hours – just plan on half an hour to make the project.

A different project will be offered every weekend. Projects for the fall include, tree luminaires, and ornaments, and a plate for santa. Once glazed and fired the pots will be dishwasher safe, microwaveable and oven proof. For more information about future projects.

Payment may be made through this website or at the door with cash.

Please review my studio rules.
